[GreenKeys] Unusual telegraph device

I'm thinking the paper wetting isn't for gum but to activate chemicals soaked into the paper & make the paper slightly conductive. Note that the schematic the roller & pecker are electrically connected, and the paper presumably moves between them, current might have caused chemicals to react to leave marks on the paper.

Well, its certainly most interesting!  Where is the 1 key?


It looks like it prints on a gummed and wet tape roll like a 2B printer.  


I hope someone knows.  Its certainly in nice condition.
