[GreenKeys] Model 19 - long shot

I'm looking for the "shelf" that sits over a Model 14 TD on a Model 19 table

and a Model 14 reperf. The shelf would be the first thing I need, obviously.

 

If anyone has one, let me know.

 

Alternatively, if I could get measurements of the shelf I might make one

up.

 

Does anybody have the link for that WU Model 19 that was on Ebay for

a lot of $$? It had the shelf and reperf.   I think it was in Texas.
