[GreenKeys] sort of OT: 110 baud modem

The key thing to keep in mind here is that a "smartmodem" doesn't typically support 110 in *command
mode*.  They will typically do 0-300 bps just fine otherwise... but not always.

Basically, the dumber the modem, the more likely you're going to succeed.

I use a UDS 212LP set to 300 and Answer mode, and/or a Racal-Vadic VA3451.

In either case, you'll probably do best if they are on the answer side of the connection.
