I've used boiled linseed oil on crinkle paint, makes it look
freshly painted. Works best on black but will also work on gray.
Paint on with a brush or soft cloth. Let sit for a minute or two
and then rub off the excess with a soft cloth. It takes several
hours to set up but become hard, not sticky, and keeps the "wet"
look for a very long time.
