[GreenKeys] HAL ST-8000 (New Toy)

I'll soon be getting a 8000A to replace the one that seems to have vanished
from my storage

Can't wait to interface it to another toy, an Airspy HF+.

If time permits for classic real CRT X-Y, I'm going to give a stab an a
UR8A.
