It will help if you have VE7CC's DX cluster software (freeware) and from there, you can set things up to filter and monitor for any country or callsign you are looking for. This is realtime plus a history file with the potential for alarming to a cell phone on anything you wish to see or work.
However, you can also get onto the reverse beacon network and look for a specific callsign that way as well, but only from a historic basis.
The easiest way is to go to http://www.reversebeacon.net/srch.php and search on your call.
