Yes, I was unaware that WU had ever made or used the top deck reperforator
shelf.  I don't know if that one exactly follows the design of the Bell
System one that is covered in the BSPs.

Now if you want to see something wryly amusing, look at Western Union 
Technical Review Vol. 20 No. 2, April 1966, and the article Industrial
Design at Western Union starting on page 78.  There you will see a
traditional ugly Model 19, Telex version, and then a proposed repackaging
of the set for 1966 standards of beauty.  Presumably this was never
manufactured, considering it would have involved spending money to spiff
up existing equipment that would not add to revenue.
