I have never seen or heard of a Teletype model like that, and I'm into
tape printers.

 From the picture, the keyboard uses the same encoding mechanism as
a Teletype model 14, 15, or 19. But it has the keys from a Model 28.
The main shaft and gears look like they began life as Model 15 parts.
But the print mechanism, with that swinging sector of type, looks
like nothing from Teletype. And it's in beautiful condition.

It looks like something from the late 1940s or early 1950s.
WU was still using Model 14 tape printers, a design from the 1920s,
well into the 1950s. Maybe this was intended as a replacement.

I have tape which should fit it, if you need some.
