[GreenKeys] Model 28 buzz solved

[Radio AI2Q]

The buzz was due to a faulty polar relay in my TU that apparently failed 
when I had a power outage here. All's well now, and thanks to all who 
commented with ideas and suggestions.

Wish I never gave away my FRXD-3EL non-typing "climbing monkey" reperf!
