[GreenKeys] reperf turn on/off

For what it's worth, my M28 powers down completely when it receives, 
in order, FIGS, NULL, H. 

In that state, it wakes up again on any state transition of the loop.

I had no idea it had that feature, I only figured it out by wondering
what the extra relay was for and looking at the stuntbox.
