[GreenKeys] TTY equipment available this spring

There has been some discussion off list among those who generally go to
Hamvention (Dayton). No concrete solution, for example I have been to
Hamvention for many of the past years, but might not make it this year
depending doctors recommendation. That could get the lot to Dallas area
of TX, depending on how big of a lot there is. Waiting for full list.
