I remember that. I bought a copy of that "way back when."
I ran it on a 8 MHz 86286 (12 MHz in the "Turbo" mode.)
I vaguely remember paying an arm and a leg for the sound
card back then too.
I won't swear to it, but I believe the disk and the manual
had a feather for a logo on it.
