Gil, get something like Mailwasher https://www.mailwasher.net/ and scan
the email on the server before you download them.
It's just another level of protection that we sadly have run to keep the
miscreants at bay. I have received similar emails to
what you got, at least 5 in the last week, and not a one made it off the
server.
