[GreenKeys] Another button question

So if I push this while the loop current is on and the TTY is ready to either send or receive, the machine should start making the "chunk chunk chunk" sound that it does when the loop current is turned off?

It opens the loop.
Usually to signal the other station, "I'm done talking" and ending
the Telex connection.
Kind of like hanging up the phone.
