AHA! Duncan's photo is from the Museum of Communication History in Perm,
Russia

The title for the M15 in Duncan's photo is:
" The T-15 device - a teletype, was installed in the editorial office of
the newspaper "Zvezda" in communication Perm-Moscow-TASS in 1938"
