[GreenKeys] Model 28 Re-gearing for 60 WPM

AFTER you replace the TWO gears, BEFORE you put the base screws
back into place, turn the fan on the motor COUNTER CLOCKWISE
to make sure that the gears get seated - so you don't squish
them and there-by destroying them.

I've changed gears in my machines many times - 60 / 75 /100 WPM
just to play around with it.
