[GreenKeys] [External] Tip on loops - RF Noise

Our local power company put quite a bit of effort into eliminating power
line noise for me. At this time, there's only noise if I have the charger
for my handheld radio with outside antenna connected or if I plug in a
Power Over Ethernet supply. So, I keep these unplugged when I am on HF. My
