Good luck !!   When I was shipping Model 19s 
(back in the 60s and 70s) I would put a wooden 
pallet in the back of my Toyota pickup, then 
put the table on that, and assemble the restof 
it, then STRAP stuff down on the table, and then 
STRAP (with that half inch wide plastic strapping 
material and metal clamps that's used for shipping)
the whole 19 assembly to the pallet ...  

then drive to one of the trucking company depots, 
and with a little friendly persuasion get them to 
bring the fork lift down to ground level and take 
the pallet out of the back of the little pickup truck 
and drive the pallet back up to the loading dock !! 

On some occaisions they wouldn't do that, so had 
to maneuver the pallet up over the pickup tailgate 
and over the edge of the loading dock and grunt 
it up onto the dock ...  I was young then, in my late 
20s, and that was just a challenge.   ;)) 

I really don't know how friend the truck depots 
would be to that these days ... 

That's back when I was selling them as B V E Enterprises, 
and Van W2DLT was doing the same as VanBar ...   !!!
