[GreenKeys] Document Question - Model 43 Technical Description

I have just scanned a 46 page technical description of the Model 43 KSR/RO
which says it is:
43 Part 2, Article 1
June 1978
Issue 3

So I have 2 questions -
1) What are (even better, do you have) the other parts and articles of this
Model 43 document? Or similar docs for other models?
2) How do I fit this into the numbering scheme for other Teletype documents?
