[GreenKeys] Other venues for RTTY

I don't want to disparage the greenkeys list in any way, but I've
discovered there are some groups on groups.io that may be of some
interest.

Real-RTTY  which only has 2 members but is about mechanical teleprinters
for RTTY

rttydigital  which has 295 members and is about RTTY and all digital modes

RTTY with 508 members and requires approval for membership

MMTTY-SB-RTTY with 2409 members and MMTTY with 84 members

2Tone with 7 members devoted to the 2Tone demodulator
