[GreenKeys] 28 ASR TD base (LCXB) isolation parts

If you do use the isolation parts, they are height adjustable to align the shaft.

For rubber items, I suggest silicone spray lubricant.
IE: DuPont #DS0614101

So my 28 ASR arrived with the TD base bolted directly to the rails.

I've discovered that I have the parts necessary to add the base 
isolation "feature".

1. Is it worth changing out those parts?  Do it reduce noise or 
vibration?  The rubber parts are 50 years or more old, so they may be 
too hard to do any good?

2. This would raise the base slightly.  Is this an issue with the drive 
shaft alignment?

3. What would be a safe lubricant to use to get the rubber washers to 
slide onto the stud easier?

top of page (unless you rotated it) stud 164101 and associated parts.
