I’m using a M28ASR with an ST-8000. It definitely requires some sort of RS-232 to loop converters. I had all sorts of trouble trying to get it to work with a single loop. I finally ended up separating the keyboard and printer for a full-duplex hookup. I used simple optoisolators for converters. Bill KE3BK
