I have had some luck with a product called rejuvenate (it’s a furniture restorer but I have had it work on plastic products and Bakelite) it fills in light scratches and drys completely clear.

I have used it on a radio dial in the past with somewhat decent results.

Rejuvenate All Floors Restorer and Polish Fills in Scratches Protects & Restores Shine No Sanding Required (32 oz) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001L0EP4K/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_5Wr1FbCERFE5P?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
