Lacing:
I also considered that. I probably have a ball of it somewhere here.
For now this was just a case of removing some modifications on an FAA
cabinet. They added two lamps to indicate various kinds of status. I
just want to remove the wires from the lower part of the cabinet and
leave the lamp wiring as is. I had a couple of cables hanging from the
dome that I just wanted to coil up and tie wrap out of the way. The
stiff tubing didn't allow coiling, even cracking in places. I ended up
cutting the tubing off so I could coil up the wires (4 or 5).
So far I haven't had the printer and keyboard cables so stiff they won't
get where they belong, I think lacing might the the proper way to go.
I've never seen lacing crack.
