So it looks like the two 105 ohm coils in series at 60ma was a very common configuration for the model 15. I’ve empirically determined the total inductance of the selector magnet coils is about 2H (i.e., 1H per coil).

Has anyone seen Teletype documentation that specifies the recommended time to reach full current (space to mark) and time to zero current (mark to space)?

This gives a 210 ohm selector magnet resistance versus the 55 ohm resistance I’ve seen most hobbyists refer to (parallel coils). Does anyone know if this configuration still ends up at about 4H total inductance people describe (e.g., 2H per coil), or is this configuration actually 16H?
