[GreenKeys] Tty model 39 avail in cincinatti

Would be interesting to know what a Model 39 is.  Model 38 is the
up/low case version of Model 33, stretched for wide computer paper.
Model 40 is the workstation system with CRT terminals and high
speed chain printer.  Model 37 is the heavy duty up/low case 150 wpm
replacement for the Model 35.  Somewhere in between was the Inktronic,
but I don't recall a model number being associated with it.  And
then Models 42/43 are the dot matrix terminals.
