[GreenKeys] Motor with strange pinion on it.

I'm still digging through a batch of parts.  Mostly 28 stuff, but I find 
I have some 14/15 stuff.

One item is a motor that's P/N 82283, GE @ 55H25AB11B.  That seems to be 
standard AC synchronous motor for 14 and 15 gear.

After searching through the various docs. I find the pinion P/N 
104573LS. It's listed as a 70 wpm 420 opm gear for the 14TD.

Who ever used 70 wpm?
