[GreenKeys] RTTY and other gear in Rockford, IL

I'm guessing send-receive typing reperf (28KTR) since it appears to have
keyboard lock-unlock and break keys.
Why people go to all the trouble of taking and posting photos and then make
them low-resolution is beyond me.......
