You reminded me of this topic an I thought I had a document on it, but 
couldn't find it.
I searched on the Internet and found a government document with the same 
title & authors:

Looks like they did trials with over a dozen BC stations, both high 
power & low.

I'm going to try to read it now if it doesnt put me to sleep.
