[GreenKeys] excessive line feed suppression

I suspect Irv Hoff submitted this to the RTTY journal at some point.  I 
don't recall if the LF on CR was part of that or not.  The LF on CF is a 
Navy mod but I don't recall if it included the excessive LF suppression 
I've been pondering this, but it's way down the to do list.

Of course the LF on CR messes up printing pictures.  You'd hope you 
could come up with a solution where you could use disable clips to 
enable/disable the feature.
