The TU-170 is a wonderful Tuning Unit for RTTY, one of its strong points is the loop supply which is integral to the unit. I can make no guarantees after all this time, and will sell it on a "no returns basis," but it’s all there. I can email photos to anyone interested. I will include a copy of the relevant parts of the original Flesher Manual. I'd like to get $45 which will include Priority Mail shipping to continental US only.
