Does anyone know how to get any of them?

Time was, you could write to the Superintendent of Documents in St. Louis
and request 4 or 5 at a time, at no cost. I made repeated requests and got
tons of manuals over time.

You could also respond to RFP's (Requests for Proposal) by CECOM and get a
complete bid package of microfiche drawings.
