[GreenKeys] Mystery Coils

Motorola was a tradename of the Galvin Manufacturing Corp., a portmandeau of
Motor + Radiola, conveying sound in motion, since their major product
through the thirties was automobile radio. The BC-611 was indeed a Motorola
Product, as was the BC-1000/SCR300 FM "Walkie Talkie" (the BC-611 was the
Handie-Talkie)
I worked for Motorola for nearly 25 years, to the bitter end in Arizona, and
I still maintain it was the best experience of my life. In the Corporate
Labs in Tempe, AZ, we has little inset displays of various historical
products, and my BC-611 and SCR-300 graced one of the display cases for
years. Sadly, Motorola is really no more, just a brand owned by Lenovo, and
Motorola solutions, which has an ever shrinking two way market.

Hello,
I think I've found it after trying to check who made the BC-611. Gavin made
it (My recollection having used one as a teenager). Galvin became Motorola,
which why I made the part number connection earlier.
Here's picture of several of the coils in BX-49.

The BX-49 carried 12 sets of coils and crystals.
