[GreenKeys] Old Navy Training Film

We were told of that time when I was in (1999-2004). It was spoken of like it was a mythical Navy.  Beards, side burns, sloppy hair and uniforms.  We had returned to a traditional uniform by the time I was in.  But now they use some shameful combo of the Marine tan shirt (Charlie shirt I believe) with black pants. Not far from the salt and peppers according to my father. 

I can imagine that recruiting was tough in the early 70s with Vietnam still running strong. Relaxing the standards was an attempt to probably make the job more appealing.
