[GreenKeys] Model 15 Print Quality

If you have not already try picking out the hollow places on
the B (or other letter). The safest tool is a wooden toothpick
but a pin will do and with care will not scratch the surface.
Very often the hollows get clogged with material from the ribbon
or just compressed dust. Normal cleaning with a stiff brush may
not get all of it so its worth trying. You can also inspect the
surface of the type with a strong magnifying glass to see if any
is worn or chipped. If there is about the only cure is replacing
the type face but if its readable you can just live with it. I
think the Model 15 dates from the mid- 1930s so the machine may
be very old.
