[GreenKeys] Houdini lock lube

Does anyone have any knowledge of or experience with this product?

A friend of mine said he used it to remove some roof pitch from his 
hands and it removed it very quickly and left little or no residue.  
Naturally, I wondered about its use on Teletypes. Lowe's apparently 
carries it but although the website of my local store says they have it, 
I could not find it.  3-in-One also makes a product labeled Lock Lube.
