[GreenKeys] Is that an answerback in this 28 ASR?

Figures-D is ITA-2 triggering of the answerback.
But in USTTY figures-D is $ sign.
So I wonder if there was any remote triggering  of the answerback in non
ITA-2 networks (Telex).
