[GreenKeys] InfoTech M200

Mike, KD7VRG, found an M200 for $20 at a Tucson surplus store yesterday. I
was thinking about getting it, but probably already have too much stuff.
One TU is probably enough for me. This does also do Morse decoding, which
is interesting. I don't know the condition, but a photo by Mike is
attached. It looks like it weighs 9 or 10 pounds, so shipping should not
be too terrible. Anyone want me to go get it and ship it to you?
