[GreenKeys] iTTY and the Volpe USB Interface Board

Sorry I didn't make it clear that the comm port in the bat file is the
USB faux comm port that the Volpe USB board is attached to. Volpe USB
board does the conversion to baudot.
(I'm not 100% sure that sentence make it clear either)
