[GreenKeys] Odd problem with m28

The model 28 I have setup for iTTY has always worked perfectly except
for one thing. When it prints an apostropy, it does not move to the next space.
In other words, rather than printing  "we'll", it'll print "well" with the apostophy
printed over the first "l". 

A minor problem in the grand scheme of things but wondering if anyone
has seen and fixed this issue?

I'm very familar with m15's but not as much with m28's as the two
I have in use just seem to work after a good cleaning and lube for years!
