[GreenKeys] 28 Printer stuntbox CR and LF options

FWIW, I always send CR CR LF.

There was a Navy mod for the M28 that would perform LF on CR and then
ignore the next two non-printing characters. So you’d get a single CR-LF
response to any of:
CR
CR LF
CR CR LF
