The hair-coloring bottle with the pushed-in tube and the commercially made "zoom spout" oil bottle are pretty much interchangeable.
I have a Zoom-Spout oil bottle that I bought, full of sewing machine oil, at a sewing store. The difference between turbine oil and sewing-machine oil is that the latter is water-cear and not slightly yellow. So, if it gets on what you're sewing, it won't show. I've been using the sewing machine oil as way oil and cutting lubricant on my micro-lathe. I suspect it would be an excellent oil for Teletypes.
