Good morning,
Yes, you have the Synchronous Pulsed Transmission modification kit. I
had that on a KSR keyboard.
Look in 573-117-800
(http://www.navy-radio.com/manuals/tty/573-117-800-7009.pdf) on page 35.
There is part number 193654 on the right side of the page. That is
supposed to be able to disable the feature by rotating it. I don't
remember in which direction.
