[GreenKeys] Model 15 Line Feed Problem

Over the last few months, I have been working on a Model 15 that I've had
in storage for decades.  I've built a Volpe TU (perf board, ugly style) and
have been using ITTY and FLDIGI for signal sources.

It's been receiving and printing very well, however it has a problem that's
been giving me fits.  When it receives a line feed, sometimes it will
advance one line, sometimes two.  Most often, there will be 5 or 6 lines
that are single spaced, followed by 5 or 6 that are double spaced,  This
occurs regardless if I'm receiving ITTY or locally from the keyboard.

This list has been an absolutely great resource, and I very much appreciate
all those that regularly post to it with their great tips, experiences and
help.
