[GreenKeys] ASR33 Type Cylinder loosening addendum

I forgot to mention in my previous post about the type cylinder coming 
loose on my ASR33:

I do have, and have read, Bulletin 310B, Vol 2, Section 2.57 (TYPEWHEEL 
"HOME" POSITION (Preliminary), para (1)   page 65.

Lacking "TP180588 ADJUSTING TOOL"  I guess I oughta should use a circlip 
plier....

Still unsure of torque, but sure I didn't use enough. Book just says 
"Tighten clamp nut."
