You need a couple of 4-40 shoulder screws p/n 151223
page 40 of
BSP 573-116-800 iss 3
At least it's for the mark III keyboard. page 12 supposedly also shows
that for a mark II keyboard, but I couldn't find it.
My memory says they're the same.
