[GreenKeys] M15 complication to avoid (could apply to M19)

Greenkeys,
The type bars on my M15 were pretty rusty due to mouse urine so I removed them alland scrubbed with Brillo pads.So far so good they look a lot better.But I made a mistake.There is a curved bar that the type keys pivot on and two screws hold the curved bar in place.Come time to assemble everything I decided to remove the screws that hold the curved bar in place so Icould oil them. (After soaking the basket in hot soapy water to remove grease and grime I wanted to be sureno water was hiding in there to corrode metal.)
Well the screws were mushroomed on their ends where they contact the curved bar and so in the processof removing them they in turn mushroomed the slots on either side that the type bars sit in.My first clue came when I noticed some type bars were sticking.Then I noticed the sticky bars were the ones on either side of the screws and at that point I realizedwhat had happened.
Egad!
  I can fix it. Just going to take a small file or burnishing tool and a lot of patience.Lesson learned is do not take those screws all the way out if the ends are mushroomed.If they must come out file the shrooms off first.There is very little clearance between the screws and the slots the type bars sit in and soremoving the screws when the ends are enlarged pushes the walls of the slots into the path of the type bars.
