[GreenKeys] Teletype M32 clicking... not printing

eBay delivered my new (very old stock) Motorola fuses this afternoon -
popped one in, and hey presto we are back on i-Telex!

Thank you for the suggestions and ideas: the one that did the trick was the
very easy relay contact clean-up as advised by Wayne.
