[GreenKeys] ROTR lever?

[John W9DDD]

 It is shown in the parts section, but not shown in some pictures.
Section 573-135-800 is the only place see a reference to those parts. I haven't checked Navy manuals, sometimes they show stuff not in the Teletype or Bell Systems documents.

I like the suggestion of it being to flip the tape end back up.
