[GreenKeys] 15 selector adjustment

Happy Monday, or as the XYL likes to say Happy Valentines day.

I'm on the verge of calling it good on a 15.  But, it seems that upon 
cold start it has errors.  After warm up things good.

I looked at the code chart and deduced that the selector clutch needs a 
bit more tension.

Using https://www.navy-radio.com/manuals/tty/572-006-700-6412.pdf as my 
bible.

I got about a 1/4 turn on that capstan nut in the direction indicated in 
the instructions.  Things got worse.

I was hoping for a simple fix since I have no scales to do it right.
